After achieving a First Class Honours degree in Accounting and Finance, Hadi trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant, gaining extensive experience working across multiple NHS trusts. During this time, he advised on cost-saving initiatives, effective financial planning, and the development of large business cases to support new and essential services.

Hadi later progressed to PwC, one of the world’s leading Big Four accounting firms, where he worked within Business Solutions, supporting internal stakeholders with financial management and strategic decision-making.
